At Mot Met Studio, we honor the heritage of photography with a process as unique as our location. The wet plate collodion technique is demanding, meticulous, and profoundly rewarding. Every large-format image is a bespoke creation—from hand-pouring the chemicals onto glass or metal to capturing the light in our custom-built, large-scale cameras (including our unique 2x2m 'studio as a camera' setup). This is more than a photograph; it's a tangible piece of history, an heirloom captured in a single, unrepeatable moment.
