About

Boris Zuliani is a French photographer based in Vietnam, whose work combines fashion photography, Polaroids, and large-format wet plate collodion portraits. Trained at France’s Studio Des Plantes, he began in fashion, mastering light, texture, and emotion. In 2007, he moved to Vietnam with 5,000 boxes of Polaroid film, embracing an analog approach in a digital world. His Polaroids, with vivid colors and intentional imperfections, quickly became collectible, each capturing the fleeting intensity of a moment.

In 2018, in Hội An, Boris discovered the wet plate collodion process, a 19th-century technique that blends patience, chemistry, and handcrafted skill. At his MộtMét Studio in Điện Dương, he creates monumental portraits from 1 × 1 meter to 2 × 2 meters. Every portrait is a unique work, where natural light, subject, and chemical process meet to produce images of striking depth and presence.

All originals and museum-quality cotton prints are limited to just 8 editions, making each piece truly exclusive. Secure your own Boris Zuliani portrait today and bring home a poetic, timeless work of art that captures light, emotion, and the essence of photography.
